As a dive center or resort operator interested in offering fun and exciting coral reef adventures to your customers, you will want your staff to be certified Science Instructors. There is no better way of certifying your staff than our local Science Instructor Development Courses.

Prior to the arrival of the Science Instructor Trainer, your staff will be able to prepare training segments with the help of our state-of-the-art printed course material. All candidates also receive access codes for enrolment in the online eAcademy for those that prefer learning online in addition to studying printed course materials.

Five steps are involved in the process of becoming a Beautiful Oceans Science Instructor:

STEP 1: Fill out applications for Science Instructor Development Courses (SIDC) and for Beautiful Oceans Science Dive& Snorkel Center
STEP 2: Your staff completes mandatory reading of training segments for both the participant level and the Science Instructor level
STEP 3: Participants hand in assignments (e-mail or online in the eAcademy)
STEP 4: Science Instructor Trainer travels to your location and candidates complete Science Instructor Examination (SIE)
STEP 5: Science Instructors become members with Beautiful Oceans and gain active teaching status
